Yoga is merely an opportunity to relax your physical body, while you decompress your mind, which in turn allows you to tap into your total well-being.
The style of yoga that I teach is very much a hybrid of the various styles of yoga that my teachers have taught me; Anusara, Vinyasa, and Yin I like to interweave all these styles together in my mat classes to create a yoga practice that is unique and allows each student to obtain their own goals.
In addition to traditional mat classes, I also teach Chair Yoga. In this style yoga we use a chair as our base and also as a prop to make the yoga postures accessible for everybody This class is perfect for individuals who have back issues, joint problems, difficulty getting up and down off the floor, seniors, and those living with MS.
