My mom took me to my first yoga class in 2001 and I loved it. At the time I looked at yoga from a very superficial standpoint, that it helped alleviate some back pain I was experiencing. As I continued to practice, I realized there was so much more to yoga then simply making my body feel better. I decided that it was part of my destiny to share the joys of yoga with everyone.
When I'm not teaching, you may find me swimming with my local Masters Swim Team, running, or in the kitchen cooking up healthy food for my husband and myself.
